your size on the site was a bit off. The box, when folded, is probably about 1/2 (I did not measure the box) but my 1/2" tall tin barely slid into it. I'm using it for a product other than soap. I had planned to wrap the tin with several layers of paper, but that won't fit inside.

Not particularly thrilled by this. But the quality of the box is as excellent as always. I'll use these up but won't purchase again.
